These are immersive single or multi-day experiences for owners, instructors, and students alike.
Instructors receive the “behind the scenes” theory, science, and hands-on coaching skills.
You’ll actually PRACTICE new skills, and get better that same day. Importantly, you’ll be better equipped to create your better-than-ever warmups and classes on your own.

Meet us for zoom style discussions about methods to get your classes updated.
If you’ve been teaching a long time, open your mind for the first call. We’ve been told it’s a bit “jarring” to hear our suggestions.
If you’re ready to get started teaching, this is the right choice. Just one or two One-on-One meetups will give you a solid plan.

These are researched fields that we are funneling into traditional martial arts to help instructors engineer ever-improving classes: from warm-ups, to a formula for teaching kata, to end-of-class visualizations.
